My sewing journey began at 9 when my mom would sew my dresses for church.

By 16, I was apprenticing with a local company and learning on industrial machines and sewing pieces for friends.

After starting my own family at 21, i wanted us all in merino wool for its warmth and incredible benefits for our west coast climate and before long my community began requesting custom pieces.

The community support built my business, helping me realize I could provide for my family in a meaningful way and still be avaialble to them, as i could work from home.

In 2009, I took a leap and began selling handmade clothes at local markets, guided by a simple motto: “You have to love it to buy it.”

I focused on making eco-friendly, high-quality clothing accessible, incorporating sensory-friendly designs that are soft, comfortable, and mindful of those with sensitivities—something close to my heart due to sensitivities within my own family.

I went on to train at Pacific Design academy and took some pattern drafting and garment construction courses to level up my skill set.

Today, I’m grateful to lead a small team of local women who support everything from sewing to pattern design. Together, we’re committed to creating clothing that reflects our values of sustainability, quality, and community care. Every piece is designed to bring comfort, style, and joy to our customers’ lives.
